Evelyn Harper

Evelyn Harper (nee Johns) was an American boxing manager out of Louisville, active from roughly 1936-41. She was the wife of Louisville boxer Bad Boy Harper, whom she managed. She was the sister of Harper's original manager Mentz Johns who reportedly stabbed Harper, while she was still known as Evelyn Johns. Harper's stable included:
