Fernando Ortiz Rubio

Rubio was the son of the President of Mexico. In the very early 1930s he received some world-wide publicity for some bouts he had. A photo of him can be found in the Nov. 5, 1930 Wenatchee Daily World (Wenatchee, WA, USA).
