Garcia stunned Forrest in the 10th round with a right hand and in the ensuing exchanged of punches Forrest swung and missed falling off balance, prompting the referee to signal that it was not a knockdown.

Forrest then picked himself up, rushed across the ring and punched an unsuspecting Garcia with a left hook. An ensuing left hand put Garcia down in a corner and the bout was stopped at the 1:58 mark of the round.
