Fidel LaBarba beat Young Nationalista by PTS in round 10 of 10

Early in the 1st round, Nationalista landed a right hand to the chin of LaBarba that stunned him. LaBarba was out on his feet, and reeled around dizzily, but managed to cover up and clinch Nationalista. LaBarba would control the remainder of the bout, using his left hook effectively, and cutting Nationalista's nose. After LaBarba swept rounds two through five, Nationalista stormed back to win the 6h round. The 7th and 8th rounds, went to LaBarba by narrow margins. In the 9th, LaBarba knocked Nationalista down for a two-count. LaBarba took the 10th round as well. The decision was popular.
