In a televised eliminator bout for a shot at Hugo Corro's world middleweight title, Ronnie 'Mazel' Harris went to 28-0 and won a unanimous twelve round decision over European Middleweight champion Gratien Tonna. The crowd booed most of the time, and the bout was ugly. Harris would throw a few jabs, and then immediately grab and hold onto Tonna, forcing the referee to spend the bout breaking up the clinches. He didn't leave Tonna any room for countering, though, and the strategy seemed to work, though there wasn't much action for most of this 'bout'.
