McCann knocked Ray down at the end of the 1st round with a left hook. McCann continued to pound Ray in the 2nd and 3rd round. In the 4th round, Ray landed an overhand right that knocked McCann down. McCann failed to beat the ten-count, and argued afterwards that he was confused by the count.
