This was described as one of the bloodiest bouts seen in Pismo Beach. Frisco hit low a few times in the early rounds, but came back strong to even the bout. Frisco suffered a deep cut over his right eye in the 8th round, but fought hard over the last three rounds, and had Montana out on his feet at the finish.
