Kelly put Lawrence down twice for nine-counts in the 1st round, with left hands to the jaw. Kelly hurt Lawrence again with his left in the 2nd round, and dropped him for nine again in the 3rd round. Lawrence came back in the 4th round to finish Kelly though with a right to the jaw.
