Bob won a clear cut decision from Dando in a rematch of a controversial bout earlier in the fall. Dando used his left jab in the bout, to set up his right hand in the bout, per the Dayton Herald. Dando blocked many punches with his chin in the bout. Despite his margin of victory, Bob was not unmarked as he finished with cuts over both eyes.
