White scored his second upset win in two weeks by posting a close but unanimous decision over Pusateri. Two weeks earlier White upset Joe DeNucci in the same ring. Strong and aggressive Pusateri got off to an early lead but the smoother boxing White came on in the latter part of the fight to gain the nod. Both fighters were staggered in the scrap although neither hit the deck.
