In the 4th round, Mannino landed a hard right to the jaw, that sent Picataci down in pain for a one-count. A moment later another right to the jaw, put Picataci down again as the bell ended the round. The referee stopped the bout after the round ended, and it was determined that Picataci had suffered a fractured jaw.
