The best of the undercard fights was between lightheavyweights (175 pounds) Shane Benefield and Danny Green. Both fighters weremaking their pro debuts, but turned the four-rounder into a Rocky-like slugout. Benefield, who suffered a cut over his left eye in thesecond round, mustered up some reserve energy in third and fourth rounds to winthe unanimous decision.
