In a bout on the undercard to Peterson-Bradley, featherweight Salvadore Sanchez III of Tianguistenco, Mexico, the nephew of the late great WBC featherweight champion Salvador Sanchez, won a majority decision over Las Vegas clubfighter Rodrigo Aranda. While his physical appearance does not resemble that of his famous uncle, the hard working Sanchez landed consistent jabs throughout to win this six rounder. Sanchez III, 24, now 18-3-2, has lost once-a close decision in a WBC Super Bantamweight youth title bout-in his last 21 professional bouts!
