Near the end of the first round, during some in-fighting, an accidental clash of heads caused a cut on the head of Jesus Soto Karass. The ringside doctor ruled that Karass could not continue.
The video replays confirmed that the referee was correct, and the cut was indeed caused by an accidental butt.
