Stolz was hurt by a left hook to the chin in the 2nd round. Scalzo knocked Stolz down midway in the 4th round with a left hook to the jaw. Stolz rose at the count of six, but was floored again by a barrage of punches. Stolz attempted to rise with the aid of the ropes, but toppled over and was counted out.
