Ceccarelli appeared to hurt Lewis with a right to the chin near the end of the 2nd round. The blow sent Lewis into the ropes, where he held on until the round ended. Lewis quickly finished Ceccarelli in the 3rd round, dropping him for nine with two rights to the head. Lewis then finished him with two more rights to the head.
