Ambers cut LaRocco over the right eye in the 1st round, and had the cut bleeding so badly that the referee nearly stopped it in the 3rd round. LaRocco was competitive in the 5th and 6th round, but cut on the left eye in the 6th round. By the 7th round, LaRocco was covered in blood, and the bout was stopped after the 7th round.
