Armstrong battered Milling in the 1st round, dropping at the end of the round with a left hook. Milling recovered to begin the 2nd, and exchanged with Armstrong, though he clearly lost the round. After more of the same in the 3rd round, Milling's was cut under the left eye and swollen as the 4th round began. In the 4th, Armstrong caught Milling with a left hook on the chin as he was coming in. Milling fell face forward, rolled over, and was counted out.
