Lightweight Baha Laham (7-0, 2 KOs) returned to the ring after a four-year absence from the ring, due to two surgeries to repair ligaments in his right knee in 2007, but showed little signs of ring rust as he posted a TKO victory over David Aucoin (2-4, 1 KO) in the final stanza. Reunited with his amateur trainer Russ Anber, Laham flattened his Ontario counterpart with a left hook to end the 5th. Coming right at the bell, the knockdown was not counted nor deemed illegal as a wobbly Auoin made his way back to his corner. Laham finished the job with authority in the 6th, rocking Aucoin several times along the ropes before referee Steve St. Germain stepped in and halted the bout. (Dave Spencer/FightNews Canada)
