Tor Hamer Versus Dieuly Aristilde Heavyweight Bout

On the undercard to the Alex Perez versus Francisco Figueroa main event at BB King Blues and Supper Club in New York City, rising heavyweight prospect Tor Hamer landed a left right combination to the head wich knocked out Dieuly Aristilde for the full ten count at 2:59 of round two. Aristilde ran in the first round, but in the second Hamer caught up with him. A short right dropped Aristilde, who beat the count. Aristilde's legs were gone, and he went down again, ruled a slip by referee Gary Rosato. Hamer then closed the show by scoring the knockout. Hamer, now 14-1, demonstrated he was worthy of better opposition.
