Williams knocked Fiduci down in the 2nd round for a nine-count with a short right hook. The two traded blows until the 4th round, when Fiducia floored Williams twice. Williams traded again with Fiducia in the 5th round, until he was dropped with a right hook to the chin. Williams rose at the count of eight wobbly, but the bout was stopped.
