Rosinsky versus Otis Griffin Light Heavyweight Bout

• Will Rosinsky decisioned veteran Otis Griffin, a loser of five of his last six. Rosinsky displayed superior technical skills. Griffin, the more experienced fighter, tried to lure Rosinsky in close and late int he second round Rosinsky got too close and Griffin batted him around. Griffin fought the whole bout looking for one big punch, though, and htat never happened. Rosinsky won at least eight rounds on jabs landed, and the bout was not as lose as the scoring would lead one to believe. Rosinsky said after the bout he preferred to back to light heavyweight. Griffin's game plan was inflexible-he wasn't hurt but he was strictly headhunting, and against Rosinsky, a superior boxer with an extensive amateur and professional career, Griffin's luck ran out again.
