• According to United States UBF Boxing representative Mike Melendez, Yusubov, who has a losing record, was not approved by the UBF to fight for its All-Americas title after Roberto Ventura, the original opponent, backed out of the bout. The BoxRec title entry for Estrada-Yusubov is therefore incorrect. Melendez, a Pennsylvania matchmaker and promoter who has applied for BoxRec recognition of the newly created United Boxing Federation based in Texas, refused to sanction Estrada versus Yusubov for a UBF belt because Yusubov had a 9-10 losing record on BoxRec at the time of this bout.
