Larry Buck 174 lbs beat Bill Schellhas 174 lbs by TKO at 2:58 in round 9 of 10

Buck was trailing on the scorecards entering the 9th round. Buck hurt Schellhas with a left hook, and then put him down with a few more punches. Buck then drove Schellhas into the northeast corner, and proceeded to pound him until he sagged again, with the referee intervening just as the bell appeared to ring. Schellhas's supporters felt he had been hit while he was down and that the bell had rang before Domstad's stoppage.
