• Foreman's jab had a good work rate. Davis cut on corner of right eye from accidental head butt in round five, did not affect outcome of the bout.
• Davis down in round eight, ruled a slip by referee Shada Murdaugh. Foreman appeared to win every round fast on his feet, with Davis chasing.
• Unanimous decision, 80-72 across the board. Scoring was fair. Davis had a good defense, but did not throw much chasing Foreman in circles.
