Clark had Brimm out on his feet in his own corner for more than a minute in the 4th round. Clark missed more than a dozen punches, before punching himself out. Brimm was able to recover in the 5th round, and took control of the bout, and punished Clark severely, and nearly had him on the canvas in the 5th round. Brimm carried the fight to Clark over the remainder of the bout to win sufficiently.
