- Toledo disqualifed against Bailey for pushing the referee off. This was the second time Toledo was disqualified in Florida for illegal tactics against a world rated opponent.Toledo was disqualified in Florida in February 2009 for biting Breidis Prescott on the neck and suspended six months. It would appear Florida did not allow Toledo, Ecuador's only active boxer at the time, to get away with his illegal tactics as he could elsewhere. Again Toledo was suspended from boxing.
