In 4th round after an accidental headbutt Salakhutdzinau cut very deep on the left side of the forehead and split second later was down after right hook. Ref called it 'no knockdown' and call ringside doctor who let continue. After third inspection during rest time ref called the fight off and due to polish rules fight finished as a technical decision.
