- In the preliminary bout to the main event of a Jason Bryant Promotions card at Camp Curtin Gymnasium in Harrisburg, Charles Natal and Jason Thompson fought a seesaw bout. Thompson went down for a flash knockdown in the first round after he slipped and got hit on the way down, scored as a knockdown. Natal clearly outworked Thompson in rounds one and two. In round three, the two fighters collided heads, ruled an accidental head butt by referee Gary Rosato. However, Natal appeared slightly dizzy after the head collision, and Thompson countered with a power right over Natal's left to score a fast first knockdown near the end of round three. Natal somehow beat the count but clearly had the wind knocked out of him. Thompson rallied to outwork Natal in round four, Thompson outworked Natal rather than 'going for broke', so the bout was correctly scored as a draw. Good matchup.
- After bout, Natal needed oxygen in the dressing room, and was transported to the hospital with a concussion. Matchmaker Mike Melendez stated after bout the concussion came from the accidental crash of heads, not from the later knockdown. Natal okay.
