Bennett knocked Garcia down in the 1st round with a left hook, and had him in bad shape. Garcia spun Bennett around with a right to the temple in the 2nd round. After an even 3rd, Garcia dished out a beating to Bennett in the 4th and 5th rounds. The two fought a slower six round, but Garcia appeared to be the clear winner.
