This bout was listed very briefly in , "Itsey Ryan Was Hardly It", The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, page 8, Saturday, 7 April 1906. Considering Moran would become a very competent fighter, the fight received little coverage, but Hollandersky was still unknown at this time, and Moran had yet to show much of his later ability. This was one of Abe's better early opponents in a New York Club.
