Split draw. TImothy Bradley appeared to win at least eight rounds by outworking Chaves. The three scorecards of the judges went three different ways. HBO commentator Harold Lederman had it 116-112 for Bradley unofficially. His daughter Julie Lederman had it 116-112 officially for Chaves. ESPN scored it 119-109 for Bradley. Clean bout. Top Rank promoter Bob Arum stated afterwards "Her scorecard for Chaves was an absolute disgrace. Julie Lederman (of New York) should not be allowed to judge anymore in this state (Nevada). I think we'll do a rematch. That's fine. The real problem is the disparity in the scoring. It makes everyone of us look insane."
