- Untelevised four round bout after the televised portion of Al Haymon's Premier Boxing Champions and King's Promotions card on Fox Sports 1 at Sands Casino Events Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
- In an unanticipated near tragedy in the ring as two area super lightweight southpaws battled, Allentown's Christian Molina suddenly picked up into the air his opponent, Philadelphia's Jerome Conquest, and then threw him face first to the canvas along the ropes. Conquest remained on the canvas face down unmoving. He was turned over and immediately tended to by the team of ringside physicians and emergency medical personnel, his head placed in a plastic holder, his body covered with a sheet, and removed speedily to the hospital on a stretcher. Fortunately, he survived, in a situation where reaction and time was of the essence.
- Referee Gary Rosato, after consultation from the ring with Pennsylvania Athletic Commissioner Greg Sirb, ruled Conquest the winner by disqualification at 0:30 of the second round. Molina to be suspended by the PAC.
