Moore went to work early in the fight, and had Alabama Kid on his heels in the 1st round. Alabama Kid got a few good licks in during the early part of the 2nd round, before Moore began to hit harder and with more regularity. Midway through the 3rd, Moore went in for the kill, and landed approximately twenty unanswered blows, before the knockout.
