World Boxing Association World Super Featherweight Title

  • Jason Sosa dropped the BoxRec number one super featherweight, Javier Fortuna, in the eleventh round, landing two power left hooks which sent Fortuna down to the canvas on all fours in a corner for a count of eight. Fortuna arose on unsteady legs, causing referee Raul Caiz Jr. to stop the fight in an upset. Sosa wins the World Boxing Association World Super Featherweight title.[[1]]
