- Referee: Ricky Gonzalez

- The 8-0 Chinese light heavyweight prospect Fanlong 'Cold Blood' Meng landed a vicious uppercut to the head which knocked out Daniel Judah on his feet on the ropes, who slumped over on rubbery legs, out cold on his feet, immediately ending the one-sided contest.
- Daniel Judah, who was announced as 'reborn' entering the ring, tried to intimidate Meng verbally and with gestures before and during the bout, but strangely could not mount an offense. When he did land a few punches they looked like tap punches, with nothing behind them. Meng's power shots and overhand left hand leads were landing consistently and eventually broke Judah down. Judah, who lost his last seven consecutive bouts between 2008 and 2012, but had a recent win, was attempting another major 'comeback' only two weeks short of his 39th birthday against an undefeated opponent over ten years younger, but it was not to be. The referee appeared neutral and fair. Judah was out.
