Lomski was knocked down in the 2nd round for a nine-count, Byrne was down in the 4th for a nine-count.
After the decision was announced as a draw in the ring, the referee changed his decision to Byrne, however the Marshfield boxing commission ruled that the original decision of a draw would stand.
