Ace Hudkins beat Phil Salvadore by TKO in round 8 of 10

According to the Los Angeles Times; after an even first round, Hudkins dished out a one-sided beating on Salvadore. There were no knockdowns, but by the 8th round, Salvadore's face was battered and his left eye was practially entirely shut. Salvadore's cornerman Charlie MacDonald threw the towel into the ring to rescue his man.
