Ike Williams 143 lbs beat Dave Marsh 140 lbs by RTD in round 8 of 10

Marsh was unable to answer the bell for the 9th round, he was knocked down right before the bell in the 8th round. Marsh told the referee "I'm too tired to fight any more", according to the Akron Beacon Journal. Marsh was ahead after the first two rounds, as Williams coasted. Williams however picked up the pace after that, and Marsh was unable to handle Williams attack.
