LaMotta would pin Wilson in a corner with his right, then shifting, would belabor him tirelessly with lefts." Parker considered the fight to be unfair to Wilson because of the large difference in weight and strength of the two fighters. The New York Times, gave LaMotta seven out of the ten rounds.
