DiVodi had an edge through the first five rounds and sent Steele against the ropes, for a flash knockdown in the 4th round. In the 6th round, Steele hurt DiVodi with a left hook to the jaw, and then dropped him with a follow up right hand. DiVodi took the count on his back, as he was completely out.
