Rinaldi won the 1st round, though he was cut over his right eye in the round. Graham knocked down Rinaldi for a three-count in the 2nd round, and by the 3rd round Rinaldi's cut had begun to bleed badly. By the 4th round, with the bout one-sided and the cut still bleeding, the bout was stopped on account of the cut.
