Manning hurt Turner with a right hand to the jaw in the 2nd round. In the 3rd round, Turner exploded a right hand on Manning's jaw, and followed up with three more left hooks and a right to the head. With Manning reeling, referee Beloff leaped on Turner to stop the bout. Manning staggered against the ropes, and crashed to the canvas.
