Sherrer won the first two rounds. Cocoa Kid won the 3rd round, and was winning the 4th round when Sherrer caught him with a right to the jaw that pitched him over sideways. Cocoa Kid barely made it up before the count of ten. He was unsteady though, and the referee stopped the bout.
