Grow knocked Weiser down in the 1st, 2nd, and 6th rounds, each time with a left hook. Grow drew blood from Weiser's nose in the 3rd round, and he bled heavily during the remainder of the bout. Weiser for his part fought at a good pace through the 7th round, when he tired. Weiser landed with his left hook, though he was unable to hurt Grow.
