DiVodi knocked Stetson down in the 1st round with a right to the jaw. Stetson fought well in rounds four through eight, but tired badly in the 9th round. After DiVodi gave Stetson a bad beating in the 9th, he scored a knockdown in the 10th round. After Stetson rose, DiVodi floored him again with a right to the jaw. Referee Irwin didn't even bother to count, and stopped the bout.
