Dana Rosenblatt 171 lbs drew with Juan Carlos Viloria 174 lbs by TD in round 3 of 10

As comebacks go, it was the kind Dana Rosenblatt would rather not have come back for.

Less than three full rounds into his first fight in 18 months, the Malden super middleweight was derailed by the last of a string of headbutts from Juan Carlos Viloria when it opened up Rosenblatt's left cheek like an overripe melon and referee Mike Ryan stopped the bout.

Joe Lake, Rosenblatt's longtime trainer and manager, was irate, arguing with state boxing commission representatives that "he was leading with his head all night! You should have put a glove on his head." He was right about that, but it didn't do his fighter any good.
