In the 4th round Negus took a knee, but as he hadn't actually touched down properly, Harrison hit him once more. Enraged by this, Negus got up from the canvas, walked over to Harrison, swung punches at him then headbutted him on the chin. Referee Ian John Lewis calmed him down and allowed the fight to continue.

After the fight, Negus tested positive for steroids.
