After two slow rounds, Garrison dished out a beating to Burke. Initially he hurt Burke with a shot to the body, he then dropped him with a right behind the ear. After he got up, Garrison knocked him out of the ring. Burke got up dazed and finished the round sitting on the ropes. After the punishment continued in the 4th, Louttit stopped the bout.
