Hambright battered Myers in the 1st round, and dropped him in the 10th round with a right uppercut for no-count, and battered him the rest of the round. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that the bout was even in terms of rounds 4-4-2, but Hambright's big edge in the opening and last round, provided his margin.
